We verified this by going to all the other Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix area and noone could beat it. Very friendly, laid back attitude at the dealership, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and the paperwork went quickly and was explained correctly. I can't think of a single thing that could've been improved except the weather, it was so hot! More

Edward Bittar, the sales consultant was very patient with us, as we learned about the available cars and the three test drives. We learned about safety and features with no pressure. Also the business manager Brent Beck, was very easy to work with and made the whole paper signing experience quite pleasant as we learned about extended warranty, service and options available. Finally, as we took delivery of the car, Andrew, the delivery specialist took the time to explain just about every feature, gadget, and button. Questions were answered without feeling rushed. He even paired out iPhones with the car's system and gave us tips on using it. Outstanding job from the whole team at the Subaru Superstore. Thank You for a great car buying experience. Eddie was fantastic, no pressure and took all the time we needed. When we left we knew exactly what we wanted to buy when we were ready. We went back a week later and my wife emailed Eddie what car, model and color she wanted. When we arrived Eddie had the car ready for us. We took our son with us since he was interested in a car as well and Eddie took great care of him too. This was the best negotiation that I ever had buying a car. I usually hate this part but Eddie streamlined the process. We ended up buying two cars and the staff stayed late in order to guide us through the paperwork. Every step of the way we had a great experience. Thanks to Eddie and the staff. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
