Excellent Customer Experience Eddie and Nicole assisted my wife and I who have relocated from Toronto Canada to SE Florida. My wife loves the RX350 and wanted #4 Lexus RX in Florid Eddie and Nicole assisted my wife and I who have relocated from Toronto Canada to SE Florida. My wife loves the RX350 and wanted #4 Lexus RX in Florida. Our Canadian credit rating is not recognized in the US having just moved here; we were denied credit at another Lexus dealer. Lexus of Melbourne took a bit of time to work with LFS and helped us receive our approval for our new RX350. Furthermore, Nicole met us half way to save us a 2 hour trip to Melbourne. That's going above and beyond! Thanks for all of your help, we're very happy with our purchase and overall experience!! More

An Experience of a Lifetime! I bought a 2018 RC 350 F Sport for my wife and wanted to surprise her. Nicole DeVos was our sales agent. She went out of her way to deliver the car to I bought a 2018 RC 350 F Sport for my wife and wanted to surprise her. Nicole DeVos was our sales agent. She went out of her way to deliver the car to our house at 7 am on a Saturday. Nicole helped us to get the absolutely best car for my wife, was very knowledgeable about the Lexus products, and her customer service was exceptional. The dealership is well maintained, luxuriant waiting room, friendly staff and top of the line cars. I HIGHLY recommend this dealer, and especially Nicole DeVos!! More

Shopping locally for a new car was very important to us. Upon entering the Lexus showroom, we were immediately greeted by Keith Croft. We highly recommend him! While test driving two different models, Keith explained their features in detail. Ultimately, we chose the Lexus GS 350 F Sport and it is a dream car! The sales staff including Eddie Berins and financial consultant Casey Downey were extremely personable and considerate of our needs and we got a great deal! :) More
