Very friendly, straight to the point, informative, answered all our questions and informed us throughout the process. Went from driving a gas guzzling 99 expedition to a 2019 Elantra and boy, you notice the 20years in between the cars right away. Fell in love after the test ride, loaded with features, and the people at Rosen were very helpful in getting everything I wanted into my budget! Overall great experience, Eddie was fantastic, highly recommend asking for him! More

I purchased my first car with barely any credit, and as a result I had I went into Rosen Hyundai looking to get out of a bad deal I was previously in. I purchased my first car with barely any credit, and as a result I had a very high interest rate. I owed more than my vehicle was worth. Eddie Hernandez was able to almost make my old loan go away, and I was able to go home in a brand new Tucson AWD for about $40 more a month than my 2010 Jeep Liberty. The process was great!
