⭐ yes this is my 2nd review because I bought a car on Sunday and today I traded in my truck for a new 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 with 3 miles on it! This would have never been possible if it wasn't for Ed Sunday and today I traded in my truck for a new 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 with 3 miles on it! This would have never been possible if it wasn't for Eddie Chavez, Nael Barges and David Gonzalez. Again making me feel like family and getting the job done as they worked very just for me to have a comfortable payment and getting the max out of my trade in! Again 10 ⭐ plus to everyone! The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Eddie was super helpful and even though I didn't think we were going to be able to drive home in a new vehicle same day because it was a Satu finish. Eddie was super helpful and even though I didn't think we were going to be able to drive home in a new vehicle same day because it was a Saturday and all the banks were basically closed, they made it happen and got me financing and into the car I wanted. He was on his way out the door when we showed up and he stayed behind to make sure I was taken care of. Julia in finance was also awesome and super funny. More importantly though, she was on top of her stuff and explained everything thoroughly. It was a great ending to a great day. The facility itself is huge, beautiful and clean and it really shows that they take pride in not just meeting the standard but raising it. This dealership was about a 45-minute drive for us and I would absolutely make the drive again and recommend it to everyone I know. I've had my Highlander for about a month now and I am completely in love with it and will be purchasing my next vehicle from Sun Toyota, no question. More

10 ⭐ plus! I hate going to dealerships because the sales men are piranhas! They just want to make a sale, they don't care about you! So I went to Toyota with my mean look and bad attitude! Well Eddie Chavez changed my world! I have 2 cars financed with one of them being blown up and it's my daughter car so Eddie worked with us and made us comfortable. Never lied to us just to get us in a new car. He is very knowledgeable and just so pleasant to talk to, like we have known him forever! My daughter and 6 month old grandson are now in a 2018 Corolla! All thanks to Eddie! You are the man! The sale took almost five hours, and found out that after specifically requesting Financing to contact my credit union, that they did not, resulting in a higher interest rate from another bank. After the sale, I noticed a few minor things that I wanted worked on, like an extra key they promised to provide, a small chip in the windshield and some touch-up paint. I called at least ten times and finally got hold of the sales guy who promised to get the key made and call me back. That’s been over a week ago now, and no call back. Seems to me that once they get the sale, they become very disinterested in any follow-up, even on the things they promise to do to get the sale. Very disappointing! More
