A Happy Customer! I remember getting my new 2020 Honda Accord Sport at Space Coast Honda back in December 2019. Edgar Ocampo was my Sales Rep, and with his excellent c I remember getting my new 2020 Honda Accord Sport at Space Coast Honda back in December 2019. Edgar Ocampo was my Sales Rep, and with his excellent customer service skills, I received a great deal! Recently, I had a horrible experience where my tire blew and came off my car while driving on the main road. I called Space Coast Honda to schedule an appointment for service, but was unsuccessful twice. Luckily, I still had Edgar's business card, so I reached out to him the next day explaining what happened. Edgar spoke to his Manager, John DeMasso, and they got me to come in the same day. I was able to get not only a new tire, but also my vehicle maintenance done in one visit. Thanks Edgar and John for your assistance, I sincerely appreciate it! Thanks as well to the Service Department for a job well done! I highly recommend this dealer! More

Edited review to reflect recent updates: Overall, I had a great experience with majority of the staff. Edgar was my salesman and the buying process was easy smooth and easy. Chad & Darnell did an awesome job great experience with majority of the staff. Edgar was my salesman and the buying process was easy smooth and easy. Chad & Darnell did an awesome job about educating me on my options so that I got the best one possible. My biggest complaint is John DeMasso, to summarize all that happened. Came home with issues with my car that weren’t the most preventable. Edgar my sales man way eager to fix it and for us to bring it in. There was miscommunications in process leading us to having to drive back and forth because (hour commute) times we were supposed to be there to receive service wasn’t the clearest. As the situation got messy I called to speak to leadership to get on the same page with the and was transferred to John. John instead of being compassionate and helpful wanted to debate with me justifying the miscommunications and justifying why there was roaches in my car. I mentioned reviewing the situation and John blew up saying that he’s not going to help me and that I can take my car home. After seeing my reviews, John calls me yelling calling me a liar, saying that he never said he wouldn’t help me, which he did. John tried to negotiate helping me for me to take down my review, and made a bunch on unnecessary comments like “I’m 40 and your 25, you should grow up, you choose to buy this car” what does that even mean, i don’t know haha. I refused to take it down and John proceeded to brag about how this isn’t his first bad review and how he know how to talk his way out of it in the response. Darnell & Chad called me the next day apologizing for the situation. They were off that day and wanted to make things right by servicing my car. They were super kind & genuine, giving me clear instructions on how they plan to fix it. I’d hate to trash my whole experience for one person, minus the John incident my buying experience was very pleasant. I don’t regret buying my car from there. I really did not like my experience with John DeMasso at all, he should take a class on emotional intelligence & customer service. Overall I’d buy from them again, and would recommend them, I just wouldn’t work with John. More
