This is the first time in 56 years of purchasing vehicles that I had a comfortable and stressless purchase. The dealership people were friendly and VERY accomodating. I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Eddie just last week, and the experience was awesome. I didn't feel as though I was being sold a car, but more that I was buying a car from a guy I'd probably be friend and the experience was awesome. He was professional, explained everything, took great care to make sure I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and then showed me every single bell and whistle on the car. My wife and I had a great experience at Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn, Ma. The service was exceptional and the dealership had a wide variety of vehicles to select from. Eddie Shine, our salesperson, was part in Woburn, Ma. The service was exceptional and the dealership had a wide variety of vehicles to select from. Eddie Shine, our salesperson, was particularly responsive to our needs and was patient with us as we asked many questions. I'd highly recommend this dealership, and ask for Eddie Shine when you arrive. Lannan Chevrolet and Eddie Shine both made the purchase of a new 2012 Equinox pressure free and a great experience. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily (even after hours) and Ed absolutely kno of a new 2012 Equinox pressure free and a great experience. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily (even after hours) and Ed absolutely knows his cars. He took his time to sit down with me in the car and make sure I knew what every single button/knob/switch did (there's a lot of them). As I mentioned there was no pressure, everything was friendly and we weren't rushed in any way whatsoever. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle there was NO pressure or push to get us to buy any kind of warranty we didn't want, we were just filled in on what was available and the purchase windows we had to buy them. Anyone we interacted with at the dealer was friendly and had a great personality, nobody was shady or exceptionally boring/"just doing their job", they obviously enjoy what they do and I would not only recommend buying a car there, but will probably do it again myself someday. More

I have been shopping for a fuel effecient SUV and to be totally honest with you the reason I chose to buy this car (Chevy Equinox) had a lot to do with the dealership (Lannan in Woburn) They were so helpfu totally honest with you the reason I chose to buy this car (Chevy Equinox) had a lot to do with the dealership (Lannan in Woburn) They were so helpful and friendly but most important they were NOT high pressure. We actually bought 2 cars from Ed. Also I had so many questions and every time I called they were more than happy to help me. I have only had the car since Jan 26th, 2012 but I am having so much fun with it. I usually have not had pleasant experiences purchasing a car but this was like no other car dealership I have ever dealt with. Even the girls at the front desk were amazing. Thank you More

Two people worked with Lannan regarding this sale - Alice, the new owner, and myself (who worked extensively with Paul Feeley, and in a limited capacity with Eddie Shine). I researched enough to k Alice, the new owner, and myself (who worked extensively with Paul Feeley, and in a limited capacity with Eddie Shine). I researched enough to know: invoice pricing, holdbacks, incentives on the table and realized that there was very little markup on this vehicle, and also knew what the pricing was in my Aunt's vicinity for this make/model. I also talked to 4 dealerships in total, close enough to my aunt's area of residence and negotiated pricing. I zeroed in on your dealership because of how Paul came across in his dealings with myself and my aunt. We were both comfortable, and felt a genuineness and trust with Paul. I actually told him that I was speaking with the other dealerships, and got some pricing that was initially lower than Lannan's but that my aunt and I would rather purchase the vehicle from Lannan. Paul came back with final pricing and I never bothered to pursue final pricing with the competition. We are happy and would recommend Lannan to others. I live out of town, but my brother will need a car soon, so we ensured that we received Paul's business card to forward to him. Regarding #2 below, I would only trust the consumer review because my experience with Lannan has been excellent, but if I did not know you I would be somewhat skeptical. Regretfully, car dealerships have an uphill battle regarding trust. The more you market trust and live up to it, the more the news spreads. Good luck with continued success. We used Consumer Reports build and buy program to purchase this car. Lannan was recommended as one of three reputable dealers. We got a price of two thousand dollars less than when I went in off the purchase this car. Lannan was recommended as one of three reputable dealers. We got a price of two thousand dollars less than when I went in off the street. Ed was very professional, no tricks at all. The only negative was the trade in process. They only offered us half of the rough trade price from Kelly Blue Book. Otherwise, fabulous on every front. More

I had a great experience with the professionalism that all the employees displayed while i was in the process of "looking" to purchase. When I made my choice of what I really wanted, Ed was extremely help all the employees displayed while i was in the process of "looking" to purchase. When I made my choice of what I really wanted, Ed was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the Impala. The process from start to finish was quick and smooth even when my mechanic found a small issue, it was taken care of quickly without question. I have always purchased privately but with this experience I would definately do it again. I have referred 2 potential customers to Ed as they liked the purchase I made and the price. More
