After seeing a Chrysler T&C Van on the web page of Tunkhannock Auto Mart last Saturday morning, I called and received a very friendly operator who put me in touch with Eddie one of the sales reps on Tunkhannock Auto Mart last Saturday morning, I called and received a very friendly operator who put me in touch with Eddie one of the sales reps on the floor. We made an appointment for 2:00 pm and he had already taken the time to have the van I had asked about, washed and waiting on the front lot to look over and enjoy a test ride...after a short demo of new features on this model that our old van did not have, we took a short ride and I drove back to the office to discuss what kind of deal we could arrange. We all agreed that this was the van we should buy even though we were only "LOOKING" today. We felt a fair price was arrived at so a down payment was given and arrangements were made to pick-up the van this past Tuesday. Everyone on staff in the showroom were very friendly and Eddie was just "super". He made follow-up calls to be sure the time arranged was still a go and was waiting for us to close the deal Tuesday at 2:00 when we arrived. This is our fourth Town & Country Van and we just love all the upgrades from our 2004 model. We have already told a friend about TAM and Eddie along with a neighbor. I am sure when we are ready to buy again this is the first place we will visit and hopefully find that Eddie will be our salesperson, and if not someone in his family just as nice. Thanks for caring about your customers, something that is missing from so many businesses. First impressions do count and ours with both Eddie and TAM meant a lot. More

I visited several dealerships before going to Tunkhannock Auto Mart and couldn't believe what a difference in friendliness, knowledge and variety of vehicles. Everyone at Tunkhannock Auto Mart is outstanding. The 2011 Jeep Grand Chorokee that I purchased today is the third Jeep that I have purchased from Tunkhannock Auto Mart through Eddie Swartztrauber. I have also purchased other Jeeps, a Pacifica and an Asp the third Jeep that I have purchased from Tunkhannock Auto Mart through Eddie Swartztrauber. I have also purchased other Jeeps, a Pacifica and an Aspen at this dealership. My experiences have always been positive both in sales and service. Eddie is an excellent sales person. Honest, personable, reliable, always returns calls promptly, keeps his word....I feel he always puts my needs ahead of his desire to make a sale. That is not a quality that is commonly found in his profession which is why I don't shop around when I need a new vehicle. I just call Eddie. The service department is equally reliable. Although I have not needed their services often (the products are so reliable) they have always been on time for my appointmaents, taken the amount of time to service my car as was estimated and all problems were corrected on the first try. We have been purchasing our vehicles at Tunkhannock Auto for the past 10 plus years and we have no reason to look elsewhere for sales and service. My wife will be replacing her Aspen in the near future and all we will do is call Eddie and we know we will be satisfied. More

Additionally, the price reduction of the MSRP has been fair. In most cases the experience of purchasing a new vehicle can be less than pleasant. However, with Ed and Kevin, it is a rather smooth process. Their eagerness to meet your needs, give a fair deal, and being 100% honest makes a potential headache producing situation more than bearable. There is no hesitation in recommending this establishment as I perceive the entire sales staff to be ready to help anyone obtain the vehicle of their dream as best they can. More

Edie is great to work with as is the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeabe and courteous. My experience was FUN - never thougt I would use that word to describe buying a car.
