After asking what we wanted in our car, Eddie presented my husband and I with a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica complete with our “Wanted DVD Player.” He told us about “Our” car, then we were given time to ask Eddie questions. He has an inept knowledge of this vehicle and other Pacifica. We really appreciated Eddie’s attentiveness and patience in listening to our concerns and answering our MANY questions. His disposition is very caring and appreciated. After deciding to pursue buying this car, Eddie went over all the financial/ rebate information, including working with Alex, on a trade-in value, our discussion led to getting the best value for our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. He explained all aspects... and we purchased our vehicle due to Eddie’s knowledge,understanding and positive disposition. Finally, on our delivery day, he went over all the components of our car- the mechanisms to drive safely, and even put down a 2nd Row seat! Also, said that we can call/come in with any questions or concerns. Little perks like that prove to be so helpful and appreciated. So i gave the sales department at tunkhannock auto mart a chance to sway my loyalty to ford . well after talking to eddie and looking at a few trucks i was sold. The hard part was finding a truck with the features i wanted eddie was like a ole coon dog on a hot trail he searched xxxx near the entire east coast and found what i was looking for. Now that i have had the truck for a while and put some time in the seat i couldn't be happier with my decision. Next up will be a new wrangler for the wife. More
