He was patient with us in explaining the price of the vehicle, all applicable rebates, and even reminded us of the money we had available to put down from the Pompeys Diamond Rewards program that we had on our other vehicles. Eddie was knowledgeable about the Durango, showed us how the options worked on the vehicle. Eddie is friendly and easy to talk with. He makes you feel like a family member and you feel right at home with him and all of the people we deal with at Tunkhannock Auto Mart, from the sales floor all the way back to service and parts departments. My salesman was Eddie and he has great customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the Jeep I bought. I was very surprised with the trade in value that was given to me. Wasn't like most pushy salesman - I got what I wanted. The financing was quick and the interest rate and payments are way less than my previous loan. When your ready call Eddy!!! :) More

He was very knowledgeable about all the options on the 2018 Durango and he went thru how to use the latest gadgets in the radio/readout. He answered all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle and financing, how much my trade was worth and how much the new vehicle would be after all rebates applied. Never at any time was he pushy with a sale. He makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend. He is personable and courteous, and above all, goes out of his way to accomodate any questions or concerns you have. He goes over step by step the paperwork and what it is for (believe me, it is daunting without help). He gave me a great deal on the Durango and I consider him a good friend with all the dealing he has helped me with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. Thanks Eddie, I was READY !!! More
