This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The salesman, Bill Shirley was very professional and very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid from Sloane in June 2020. After a few weeks, I learned that there is a major issue with the gas gauge on some RAV4, mine being one of them. While it is not currently a recall situation, it is clearly a know issue, and law suits are being brought My salesperson, Angelo, did not tell me about this issue when I purchased the vehicle. When I called the dealer and spoke to both Angelo and the customer service manager, I was basically told too bad. The is issue is a major problem for this car because you cannot drive it for the full advertised range. The gauge says empty (and the empty light comes on), but it will only take about 10 gallons of the 14 gallon tank. Main reason I purchased this car was for the Hybrid range. There is no way to know when the tank is truly near empty. I asked the dealer for either a refund, a replacement vehicle that does not have this problem, or a reduction in my monthly lease payment. Dealer declined all. I am furious with this dealer and with Toyota for not backing me up - they still do not have a recall date. Please be warned about this known problem and be wary of this dealership. More

I called last week to set up appointment to discuss what I was looking for in a Tacoma. Frank was willing to go to to look as far as New York. After some discussion I asked if I could see one truck on the I was looking for in a Tacoma. Frank was willing to go to to look as far as New York. After some discussion I asked if I could see one truck on the lot . Frank sold me on this vehicle. He did a excellent job. He showed me all the bells and whistles , got the bluetooth working . The next day Frank was off but he made shure that others would take care of me and he emailed me to make shure all went well, it did. If I know anyone looking for a Toyota I'll be sending them to Frank. More
