I'm rating this dealer 5 stars because they earn it. Ford Motor Company and Suburban Ford took care of us before our insurance company did when our truck was totaled years ago. That's hard to forget. Yesterday, we had another great experience! Ed Rogin met us at the door and immediately got to work finding our truck and a good deal on it. He was very patient, and was absolutely determined to find us the right truck. Then he proceeded to help us negotiate the deal we needed on said truck. These guys did the work!. They listened to us and went back and forth over and over until till we got the deal we were looking for! I really appreciate that I had a number in my head and that I was able to stick with my numbers! And get a great vehicle! Beyond our expectations. What are YOU waiting for? It was hundreds of miles away, and without being asked h We were VERY specific in the vehicle we needed to purchase and Ed put in the work to find it. It was hundreds of miles away, and without being asked he got it to his dealership for us to take a look at & test drive. After Ed nailed down the exact truck, Matt took over and walked us through the financing. He was very through and answered all of our MANY questions without frustration or hesitation. In the next few years we will be purchasing a minimum of 2 more vehicles and you can bet we'll call Ed to get it done! More
