Ed for the WIN! Ed called out of the blue. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle. I had paid off my previous truck and was happy with its performance. Ed asked me for th Ed called out of the blue. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle. I had paid off my previous truck and was happy with its performance. Ed asked me for the dream deal. Next thing I know, he calls me back a day later. He's working a deal to trade in my truck and walk out with a truck for me and an Explorer for my wife. This guy is amazing! More

Not what I expected I've dealt with many dealerships and salesmen in the past. Mel Hambelton broke the mold. Pressure from sales staff was low. Friendliness was high.
