Working with Ed Del Monte, it was easy to build the vehicle we wanted and could afford. Thinking that there was probably a better offer out there since this was our first attempt, we proceeded to shop at other dealerships all the while knowing what Ed had promised us from the onset. As it turned out, the price he gave us was the best any dealer could do, and the added "perks" that he agreed made it the best deal around - literally! Funny, you have to shop everywhere else to know that you got a good deal. We could have saved ourselves weeks of shopping if we only know that the first dealer we shopped was the best! The salesman, Ed Del Monte was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, patient and courteous. Anything he could not answer, he investigated and followed-up. He didn't call us 15 times at home, or email us more than once. He just gave us the best deal he could and then gave us space to find that out. Overall, it was the best dealer experience we have ever had! More

ED is the BEST! My husband and I just leased a new Jeep from Ed. We walked in on a Sunday with our 3 year old daughter. Ed listened to my husbands rediculous wants and my level headed needs. He never rushed us and answered all the questions that we had. He worked with us and ultimately put us in the Car we needed for a fair price. Ed is down to earth and knowledgeable and he even laughed at my husbands jokes. My jokes where really funny but he gave my husband a very believable courtesy laugh. Thanks for listening to us bicker and helping us pmake the right choice. More

I must say that our experience at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City was completely different from our previous one several years ago at a different make dealer I must say that our experience at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City was completely different from our previous one several years ago at a different make dealership. We were kept updated throughout the entire sales process, and we were provided different options on purchasing and leasing in order to help us make our decision. Amazingly our payment figures did not change from when we went from salesperson and into the finance office; just as they had promised. Thanks again to Ed and Mike for being upfront the entire time. We love our new Jeep! More
