Worst Service I have ever experienced. Sales people are rude pushy & say things they cannot honor. Sold a maintenance plan to me and cannot even rotate my tires. Ellison and Aris were absolutely amazing! I had such a good Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO buying experience. Elison Dapi asked if he could help me while he was busy, made immediate time, and was so down to earth good Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO buying experience. If he didn’t know something he didn’t pretend, he said I’ll find out, and he did. Aris Prifti was the manager who assisted us and Aris was the exact same.. genuine, intelligent, well informed, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas. These two made an incredible team and worked so well together making me my first ever Toyota and first new car buying experience the best I could imagine. I received excellent service from Arlington Toyota. This was a second car I purchased from them. It was a great value overall. Great Car Buying Experience!! Service Dept is horrible!!! Update: When I bought this car, they hadn’t gone through cleaning it completely. When I got it, it still had trash in the car, stains in the roof, sod Update: When I bought this car, they hadn’t gone through cleaning it completely. When I got it, it still had trash in the car, stains in the roof, soda spilled by the rear windshield, and numerous other issues. As of now, there’s still stains in the roof of my car. To add on, I now have a squeaking noise coming from my front brakes within 2 weeks of purchasing my vehicle. When I bought it, they knew the brakes would need to be replaced soon but wouldn’t replace them because they were still considered ‘safe’ at the time. Andrew Fagan made my first car buying experience a great experience. When we told him what we wanted, he went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted! Definitely recommend. More

I will never took my car to Arlington service again. Arlington Toyota is the worst place to have your car service!!! I had an appointment for oil change on July 9, 2018 @ 1:30pm. When I got their there Arlington Toyota is the worst place to have your car service!!! I had an appointment for oil change on July 9, 2018 @ 1:30pm. When I got their there was a line that took about 10 minutes before they took my car. I decide to take shuttle to the regency mall. Around 1:50pm a lady at the shuttle services took me to regency mall which is about 5min drive form Arlington. I told the lady that bought me to the mall to pick me up in 30 minutes because I was just grabbing something to eat.She told me she has my number and she will called me when she comes to pick me up. An hour later i called customer service to tell her that i am ready to be back but nobody comes.30 minutes later i called again to have somebody come and pick me back to Arlington. I called again after an hour they told me they are contacting the wrong number. I am not sure whether they are telling the truth because whenever i called they took my phone number. I spoke to Thomas several times but he will tell me they are on their way, is too much traffic. I called Christ 3x without respond. To cut the story short i called Uber at 5pm and they are there in 5 minutes. I paid for my service and took my car. When I got home around 5:45pm, I got a phone call from Arlington telling me that they here to pick me up from the mall the drop me 3 hours ago. What a shame! More
