Not like the other dealers Just turned a lease in here, 2nd Honda ( first one purchased at different dealer, had a great purchase and service experience and decided to buy anoth Just turned a lease in here, 2nd Honda ( first one purchased at different dealer, had a great purchase and service experience and decided to buy another. Mistake to go to Honda North, poor service on new vehicle delivery, I just read the manual instead. Poor service from dealership , went to a different local dealership after first service where I received stellar service. The final reason I decided NOT to go with Honda again was the rude, not helpful calls from the sales people calling about end of lease. They also said they would waive excess mileage ( $350) and didn't. They forgot to say...only if you buy from us. happy to pay what I owe but do not like being told one thing and another happens. Would never recommend More

Salesman ED was great but found finance department (Eric?) condescending and impatient-makes me not want to return to Honda North which is unfortunate as I have gone to Honda North for a dozen years.
