Not my first RODEO:) This is my 3rd purchase through Ford Country. 2nd purchase from Carlos Escamilla. I do not like dealerships in general, HOWEVER, Carlos makes the c This is my 3rd purchase through Ford Country. 2nd purchase from Carlos Escamilla. I do not like dealerships in general, HOWEVER, Carlos makes the car buying experience simple AND pleasant. He takes the time to listen to his customers and tend to their wishes and needs. You don't feel like you are being "held hostage" while they play the "number game" I feel like my time is respected and I never feel as though I am being talked into something to simply make a "sale". I have referred others who recieved the same respectful attention and service from him. He sells a great product, I ? FORD. But his customer service is what brings me back to Ford Country. When I reached the finance department Ed Armindariz was patient and explained another finance option to me that I was interested in even though it was closing time and the deal was already complete. I intend to continue to refer my friends and family. More

Great People My wife and I looked at several different dealerships of several different makes including a few different Ford dealerships. We were so happy to have My wife and I looked at several different dealerships of several different makes including a few different Ford dealerships. We were so happy to have stopped by Ford Country. After a few weeks and dealing with several sales people in the end we purchased with Ford Country because of the great people there. We had the pleasure of getting the assistance of Andy Diestra who was a gentleman and considered our wants and needs through the whole process. He was not a pushy salesman trying to push cars out. Andy and his team were quick and considerate with answers and hospitality. When Andy was working to get us what we were requesting we also were helped by Kevin Schwan who was there to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we may have had. From the show floor with Andy Diestra and Kevin Schwan, to numbers with Kevin Vanetta , to filling out paperwork and signing with Ed Armendariz, it was a great experience! Everyone was amazing answering questions and explaining details. I plan on making another purchase within the next year. This time I won't have to search dealerships because I know I going to Ford Country! More

Mustang purchase Staff was generally helpful and courteous. Inventory was good and there were a lot of Mustangs to choose from. The charge of $699 for "security system" was glossed over and not explained during contract signing. Seems like they were trying to hide the charge. Before purchasing the car, I pointed out to the salesman that the front passenger side fender did not seem to be attached properly to the car. The salesman responded that the fender just "snapped into place". After continually having to push the fender back into place, I finally took the car into a Ford dealership in the city I live in. They had to replace the fender clip (part number PR3Z*17C947*B REINFORCEMENT) which was defective. Ford Country Dealership should have caught this. More

Salesmen seem to rotate in and out but all of their sales associates seem professional and friendly. I really like that they seem to have a great after sales or add on department that can get windows tinted, rolling covers for pickups, side steps and pretty much anything to outfit your vehicle. I am pretty set for vehicles for awhile, but when I am back in the market, I'll definitely shop here first. More

Unplanned purchase Had great customer service, Todd only showed me cars that were based on criteria I provided. He did tell me about the new Ford Explorer 2016 but I brushed it off believing it was well out of my price range. After viewing used cars and not finding anything I was interested, I wandered around the lot while Todd was doing some updates on my current Ford vehicle. I spotted the 2016 Explorer Sport, not knowing what it was till I got up close and instantly fell in love with it. Todd assisted me getting the vehicle for a price that I could afford and set me up with Ed in finance who found me another discount! The whole experience took less than 4 hours, very impressed all the way around! More
