Mr. Norman was professional; understood my needs; and worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very patient too. The reason they were given a 5 rating is that I had a set of criteria when I arrived, and they were all met, especially when I really did not need a car. They listened to what I wanted without being condese of criteria when I arrived, and they were all met, especially when I really did not need a car.
