Dylan came up to greet us as soon as he saw us looking at cars in the parking lot. Right after he introduced himself, we had a good feeling about how the whole interaction would go. In additional to that, he takes the time to understand and relate to his clients beyond a monetary transaction, which can be hard to find these days.
