I bought three cars with Mazda in 2022, all of them were going well until I went to use the warranty with them, the warranty that they say is for life while I have the car does not work for me, so that's wh going well until I went to use the warranty with them, the warranty that they say is for life while I have the car does not work for me, so that's why I don't use them. I recommend to no one even though the paper says that this cover does not matter to them so I no longer do business with Mazda, bad service More

I had made an appointment by phone for a recall including getting a loaner car. Your service guy could not find the appointment for the loaner car!!!!! After my complaining about this your service guy went t getting a loaner car. Your service guy could not find the appointment for the loaner car!!!!! After my complaining about this your service guy went to his boss and the outcome was that I would get a loaner car. So it took at about 45 minutes before I drove home in a loaner car !!!!! After receiving a sms that the car was ready I went to your garage. The car was ready and I got the key. I drove away and at that moment I saw the message in the dashboard to return to the dealer because something was not good!!!!!! So I went back. The service guy asked me to wait so the car cold be checked at the computer. It took at about 30 minutes before the car was checked and I could leave for home !!!!!! I made a complaint and I hope that he waiting time in the future will be much shorter and that the service to the car can be done correctly. The coffee in the waiting room is very good, but that can not be an excuse for the above. Many greetings Willy Koster and Foort Jagt 407 350 2559 More
