As a small suggestion, an upgrade to the coffee machine in the waiting area would be a delightful touch. We bought our CX-5 from Tustin Mazda and it was an enjoyable experience. We’ve had regular service there as well and have been pleased with everything from how we’re greeted to how we’re treated. Larry was fantastic to work with. We initially went in to test drive a few different models knowing we wanted a Mazda, but weren’t quite ready to buy, Larry was totally generous with We initially went in to test drive a few different models knowing we wanted a Mazda, but weren’t quite ready to buy, Larry was totally generous with his time, and had a thorough knowledge of the cars. when I was ready to get the car I wouldn’t have worked with anyone but Larry because of how nice, and low pressure he was. Every part of the process was flawless, and we drove off in a brand new CX5 Carbon Edition with everything perfect. I would highly recommend Larry if anyone I know ever wanted to buy a Mazda. More
