Had a great, no hassle, experience buying my first ever Toyota, A 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, with help from Dylan. From start to finish, the process was smooth, with transparent pricing and a decent trade-in on my Toyota, A 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, with help from Dylan. Dylan was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to bring me the new car to my home after hours, more than an hour's drive from the dealership. My first Toyota and a couple weeks later, I’m very happy with my purchase. Once I decided on the Highlander, I looked at several dealerships for the right Highlander at the right price. Dylan Bouchard follo with my purchase. Once I decided on the Highlander, I looked at several dealerships for the right Highlander at the right price. Dylan Bouchard followed up on my inquiry and actually listened to my wants and need to see the total price simply outlined - I quickly had what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay without stepping into the dealership. My trip to the dealership was easy - I did a quick test drive to ensure it was the car I wanted, Dylan had the car prepped and the paperwork ready for me to sign. He provided the right demos and made sure I was confident in using everything my new Highlander offered. A few days after the sale when I had a question, he went out of his way to make sure my question was answered and forwarded on a YouTube tutorial…on his day off - thank you Dylan, I really did appreciate you going the extra mile for me. In my due diligence in shopping for this vehicle, I spoke to a lot of sales professionals and your style and integrity go to the top of my list - thanks for helping me purchase my Highlander. More

After researching the web, this dealer offered better prices and had a promise to do their best to keep their customers happy. They did!! Dylan worked with me from the beginning, he made sure I was gett prices and had a promise to do their best to keep their customers happy. They did!! Dylan worked with me from the beginning, he made sure I was getting the car I wanted and he is very knowledgeable about the products. He provided recommendations to accommodate to my interest. We ordered my car and I always knew the status. Dylan kept the communication throughout the waiting and I felt that my joy was also his. This dealer provides an excellent service overall as they put their clients requests first. I felt that I mattered to them as they tried to comply with what I was looking for. This a true example of Teamwork!! More
