I brought my Yukon in for a few issues one being the windshield and they didn’t even clean it to address the issue wrote dirty on paperwork. Have a rattle in the back said they greased the stoppers. They forged my signature on a contract and sent it to the finance company. It changed my trade value by 8k, the residual on the lease was higher.
