I had a great experience at Mears Nissan in Canton Ohio. I had put a deposit on a vehicle two weeks prior to my arrival and they immediately removed the listing. Derek was exceptional with prompt communication and he even picked me up from the airport which was an hour away from the dealership on his day off. I was then introduced to Heath and he was very punctual and informative. Dustin helped me navigate the financial side of things and was even able to provide training to a coworker so the process was explained extremely thoroughly. He was able to answer all questions that I had and he created a very pleasant atmosphere. Lastly, the manager gave me a gift card to help out with gas for my 20 hour drive back home and they provided a really cool goody bag with tons of great stuff. I highly recommend Mears Nissan and will definitely do business with them again when I’m back in the market for a vehicle. Thank you all! More

One of the best new car purchase experiences I’ve ever had. We were looking for a specific make, model and trim package. We saw the vehicle on their web page and contacted Derek. Our concern was whethe had. We were looking for a specific make, model and trim package. We saw the vehicle on their web page and contacted Derek. Our concern was whether it would be available as we were driving up from Columbus, OH to test drive and hopefully purchase the car. Derek was great, when we got to the dealership, he seamlessly transitioned us to Heath, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. I believe we got a very fair price with our trade in and completing the transaction with Dustin was great. I only regret we do not live closer to this dealership as our experience was nothing short of excellent and I would continue to do business with them and service my vehicles with them if I lived in the area. More
