I have always had great service at Crown, and your service people are great !! The only thing I questioned as to why I was charged the diagnostic fee when the service guys already knew that I needed service people are great !! After several issues with my (2011) vehicle over the past four months I have become quite discouraged with the manufacturer and their ability to put reliable vehicles on the road. With that being my sole opinion, I have to say that the challenges from this vehicle have in large part been overshadowed by this dealership and the amazing service staff. I (unfortunately) have had the honor of working with and around just about all of these individuals and all of them are consistently solid regarding customer service, communication, reliability and proactive updating. While I am very disgruntled with the manufacturer, I am feeling much better about this dealership and the service staff...They have taking a rotten series of circumstances and managed to turn them into a positive experience. If anyone is putting stock in the dealership they work with when making a large purchase I strongly urge you all to consider "Crown" as they truly go above and beyond for clients....A very special thank you to Dustin Litteral for his professionalism and courteous service towards my situation(s). If not for Crown and Dustin, I would be on a complete warpath! More

We recently made our second purchase from Austin Walden at Crown Chrysler Dublin. We stopped at this dealership a couple of years ago just to look, with no intention to buy. A couple hours later, we were d at Crown Chrysler Dublin. We stopped at this dealership a couple of years ago just to look, with no intention to buy. A couple hours later, we were driving home a brand new Jeep Liberty. Austin made buying my Liberty so easy. He took us on a test drive, spent time showing us all the cool features, and put the numbers together to make it happen. Ty and Dustin in the service department have also been excellant to work with and whenever I'm there for service, Austin always stops by the waiting room to say hello and see how things are going. A couple of months ago my husband decided that he wanted a new truck. He has always been a diehard Chevy man, but wanted to check out other options. We visted Austin and again he took us on a test drive and spent time showing us everything the Ram 1500 had to offer. After checking out several other truck brands, we returned to Crown to purchase the Ram 1500. I never thought it would happen, but Austin was able to convert my husband from Chevy to Ram. He absolutely loves his new truck! Austin is an awesome salesman! He is friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure and has a passion for his products and customers. I also want to thank sales manager Neal and Finance Manager Terry for a great experience and getting us the best deal! We are very satisfied with service we receive from everyone at Crown and highly recomend this dealership! More

Crown Jeep is second to none. We purchased my Jeep Wrangler there and we have all of the service done there as well. When I leave the dealership, I always have a smile on my face. Dustin Litteral has handled the service work on the Jeep several times and each time he has done an outstanding job. He is knowledgeable and it shows that he loves his work. Dustin is dedicated to providing the best service possible. I would not take my Jeep anywhere else for service. I trust these folks and that trust is priceless. We have been using Crown Dodge to service our vehicles for over 4 years. Dustin has always been extremely helpful with scheduling, arranging for transportation (if needed), and for pointing out which rep for over 4 years. Just moved into town a few weeks ago, stopped into the dealership without an appointment to get an oil change and a few other things addressed.
