I quickly learned these folks were well aware of my needs as a consumer to feel confident in my ability to make a decision. Knowledge is power. Deacon jones dodge has violated the truth in lending disclosure on my contract based on apr and interest rate not accurately reporting; due to them believing the terms are interchangeable, when they are disclosure on my contract based on apr and interest rate not accurately reporting; due to them believing the terms are interchangeable, when they are not as the contract is written. Deacon jones dodge has provided absolutely awful customer service. Deacon Jones dodge employees have made baseless accusations against me and tried to intimidate me over my review posted on Facebook. It is now seems they have blocked me from viewing their Facebook page through my account as instead of responding they would seemingly rather try to silence and hide my truthful experience with them. My honest and truthful review is posted on Facebook still (although not visible to me any longer) and should be on google as well. More
