Bryan, Dustin and Olga exude care and kindness in their daily interactions with their customers. Bryan greeted me in a warm, personalized way and during the entire process, he never came across as a sales daily interactions with their customers. Dustin was engaging and listened to my concerns and turned a potential complaint into an opportunity to repair broken trust. Olga is simply authentic and caring! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. Bryan, Dustin and Olga responded quickly to my needs/questions, showed empathy and was able to deliver excellent customer service while adding their own personal touches the overall service experience. Mack Haik ford in Georgetown is top notch on my list. I bought an insurance policy that was to cover wheels on my King Ranch. I messed a couple of them up and filed a claim. The insurance company said c I bought an insurance policy that was to cover wheels on my King Ranch. I messed a couple of them up and filed a claim. The insurance company said chrome wheels were not included. The dealership made good on the claim and gave me two new wheels. That takes a lot of integrity which is lacking in many other dealerships. Great people to work with. I highly advise people to go to Mack Haik ford in Georgetown if you're looking for a Ford or Lincoln. More
