Recall to replace a faulty airbag - it took them 2 days to finish, and they only work during weekdays. It’s my only vehicle, so had to beg for rides from coworkers. That said, I had asked them to check to finish, and they only work during weekdays. It’s my only vehicle, so had to beg for rides from coworkers. That said, I had asked them to check my alternator while I was there, and they waived the inspection fee as an apology for the delay. So not great but not terrible. More

Service center doesn’t,answer phone calls and don’t return calls in a timely fashion. Also, they don’t keep customers advised of vehicle repair status on a timely basis.Truck was dropped off on Tuesday return calls in a timely fashion. Also, they don’t keep customers advised of vehicle repair status on a timely basis.Truck was dropped off on Tuesday morning, received call saying vehicle was not ready and if I could leave overnight. Said yes. I called on Thursday afternoon for status, no answer. Left message. Call was returned on Friday morning, said vehicle might be ready that day, I asked him to make sure to let me know. Called back at 4:30 that afternoon, no answer, left another message. Received call back on Monday morning, Apologized for calling with status on Friday, said they were understaffed and didn’t have time to return call. Said parts were in and repairs should be completed today. They called on Tuesday afternoon, said vehicle was ready and I could pickup. Asked for a customer pickup as wife was gone and had no one to take me to shop. Said shuttle drivers left at 4 pm and he would try to get someone to pick me up. Got text that they would deliver truck next morning. Called back and left message that I needed truck that afternoon. They finally delivered truck around 3:45 that afternoon. Recommended yes with reservations. More
