I needed a car, I drove around several dealerships, there are no cars, dealers sell at a high mark-up and behave very arrogantly and impolitely. This is the only car dealership where everyone was very frien are no cars, dealers sell at a high mark-up and behave very arrogantly and impolitely. This is the only car dealership where everyone was very friendly and professional. The dealership is very clean and leaves a good impression too. I will continue to buy from them and will recommend to all my friends. More

It all started thanks to Zaheen Dean-Ali picking up my call. Before this, I have called more than 15 Toyota dealerships already, 2 of them don’t have mark ups but the waitlist is too long that we would be call. Before this, I have called more than 15 Toyota dealerships already, 2 of them don’t have mark ups but the waitlist is too long that we would be able to have the car NEXT YEAR and some dealerships have 5k-10k mark up price….not Elk Grove Toyota. Zaheen took care of my request for being on a waitlist, we got fortunate that we are within 50-mile radius for us to be on the list though we are just a backup just in case the person who ordered the Rav4 Prime don’t want it anymore for some reason. Luckily, she didn’t like the color so Zaheen called us to see the car. She was always updating us time to time. Kudos to Zaheen, 100/10 stars for you. I’m recommending David and Duong Vue for helping us getting the best deal for our car. Duong did his best for us to get the best interest and the best Toyota Care Premium Warranty. When Elk Grove Toyota says “no mark up”, it is the REAL thing. First time I have experienced the real”no haggle” More
