We had already test driven the vehicle so we were ready to purchase. Andrew was great to work with, he answered all of our questions and got us through the process very efficiently. When we got to the point to talk to financial there were some technical difficulties on their end. Andrew went back and forth to the finance associate and us to get us the right price so we did not have to wait as long. Andrew took the time to walk us around the car to check for dents and/or scratches and went through all of the features on the inside of the car as well. He was very thorough and patient with us and I would recommend him to anyone. More

Drew has worked with this dealership to make sure that all ends have been tied up...and he did this all in a very timely matter. I wholeheartedly recommend him! Go see Drew at the Dean Team VW Subaru Dealership of Ballwin! I love my new Forester! (PS: I cannot rate the service dept. yet, because I haven't had to use this department...but I will say the prepping of the car could have been a bit better...but it was dark and ultimately everything was taken car of...) He was also knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to teach me manual!! Even after buying the car, he still helped me out with whatever questions I had regarding paperwork. Great guy, friendly, and really there to help the customer anyway he can.
