I was trying to buy a simple Prius C and have visited other dealers, even 'carsdirect.com" and "Edmunds.com". Sales people at other dealers were running me around and wasted my time. And other "internet other dealers, even 'carsdirect.com" and "Edmunds.com". Sales people at other dealers were running me around and wasted my time. And other "internet sales managers" never returned my email or call. Then I called your dealership and asked for a internet sales manager. Drew answered the phone. I told him what I wanted and only had an hour to spend at dealership to close the deal. He found one on your lot. After couple of phone and email exchanges, I drove to your dealership. Within an hour there, I drove off with the new car. Drew was wonderful, knowledgable, precise and clear, and friendly. thanks, Nathan Li PS. One negative point for the dealership: When I got there, there are about ten sales people out side the show room. They are board, making jokes, and smoking. Not a pretty sight for the first impression. More
