Drew Greaves did a great job showing us multiple vehicles. Tariq was a good businessman, but came off as a shrewd manager unwilling to negotiate at all. That quality makes him good at his job from a perspective of preserving value for EchoPark, but if I was not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle for my mother-in-law who was in quick need of a new vehicle, I would have waited and ended up with an better deal down the road from somewhere else. All in all, I had a good experience at EchoPark. Drew Greaves worked very hard for us, and I really appreciated him. Lastly, EchoPark moves a high volume of vehicles, so paperwork took almost 3 hours to get written up and signed. That was a little disappointing... More
