My service center rep. Rosie is wonderful. However, there are two issues that remain with the model of the CX 90. The phone charger overheats, and the passenger mirror retr Rosie is wonderful. However, there are two issues that remain with the model of the CX 90. The phone charger overheats, and the passenger mirror retracts in the downward position at least 1/6 of the times the car started. This continues to be a problem. The dealership should inform the manufacturer of the electrical defect. Twice I have brought my vehicle to your dealership and set for repairs. Neither of those two issues has been rectified. This is a manufacturers, electronic defect, and not error on the behalf of the technician at the dealership. The issue becomes a dealership issue when they fell to inform the customer of this complaint. Therefore, I am disappointed that I must drive to the dealership and sit for hours, only to have the same problem. Secondly, the issue is disturbing. Not always do I remember that the mirror will retract in the reverse position upon starting the car. This alarms and shocks me when I think someone is hitting my car window when in fact, it is just the mirror retracting forcefully. More
