We had a pleasant experience at your dealership while buying our minivan. Our salesman Rich was very accomodating and pleasant as was Doug. We were made to feel right at home. The only complaint would be buying our minivan. Our salesman Rich was very accomodating and pleasant as was Doug. We were made to feel right at home. The only complaint would be our time with the business manager. He made us feel pressured, and he seemed irritated that we didn't buy what he was selling.Everyone else was amazing. We love our Toyota. More

My husband and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman, Ohio to browse for a vehicle large enough for our kids and also to fit our son's wheelchair. They went out of their way to help us both by finding our van an browse for a vehicle large enough for our kids and also to fit our son's wheelchair. They went out of their way to help us both by finding our van and by helping us get a loan. Our credit history isn't so great because of so many medical bills from our son's many many doctor visits due to his Muscular Dystrophy but they were able to help us get the loan we needed at the price range we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Nathan was our salesman and he is fairly new so he isnt on the list of sales people yet but please stop by and see Nathan or any of the other great people at Toyota of Boardman, Ohio!!!!!! More
