He listened to my needs a worked out a plan for me for an SUV that fit my budget and personal needs. Doug would always called me back within minutes of me leaving a message. I would highly recommend a friend or relative to Doug and Suburban Chrysler. It was a smooth and great experience for me, especially when I was highly agitated about having to purchase a vehicle unexpectantly. Needless to say I love my new vehicle. Never asked how I like the Jeep, only cared about what he needed. Two weeks later I am having trouble with the Jeep, try to call him and he never answers. Took it to another dealer, trans cooler needed replaced and wheel bearings. Told me he was not co-operative at first until they asked for the inspection sheet. More

I had been talking with Doug Mueller over the ph my wife and I went to the dealership to look for a used mini van maybe a 2013 or 2014 town n country. I had been talking with Doug Mueller over the phone about what we were looking for and he suggested that we come to the dealership and look at what was there. When we arrived we were greeted by Doug quickly he was very polite and talked to us about our needs and expectations. We test drove a couple of vans but weren't sure we had found the one then Doug told us he had a 2010 town n country that we should look at . We were skeptical but decided to give it a look . The van was amazing low mileage and had everything we were looking for and the price was right for our budget we love our new used minivan and think Doug is the best. Great experience with Doug & Suburban Chrysler My situation was slightly different than most. I bought my friend's corporate lease vehicle after they turned it in. From the start, Doug was helpf My situation was slightly different than most. I bought my friend's corporate lease vehicle after they turned it in. From the start, Doug was helpful and hands-on to help smooth the buying process along and make the second largest purchase I've ever made (first being my house) a great memory. He was able to walk me through what paperwork he needed ahead of time and then when I arrived, we discussed all the ins and outs of the contract, optional coverage, and made what could be an overwhelming experience into an enjoyable one. Though I don't plan on purchasing another car in the next few years, I would definitely recommend Doug Mueller. It was very no-pressure sales, and he was just trying to get me the most comfortable solution to the car issue I had. Thanks again, Doug! More
