Fast, honest and flexible. I'm impressed I am genuinely impressed by Doug's service upon purchasing a 2016 Mustang for my wife. The deal was honest and open, I didn't feel anything was left h I am genuinely impressed by Doug's service upon purchasing a 2016 Mustang for my wife. The deal was honest and open, I didn't feel anything was left hidden. I went to the dealership on Tuesday, drove away with the new Mustang on Thursday... but that is not all. Upon arriving to pickup the new car on Thursday morning, Doug openly told me that they they found a small blemish on the rear bumpers' paint during the PDI a little earlier. Then he swapped the car for another one with same color and specs and the new car was ready to pickup in two hours with all paperwork, registration etc.. changed.... More
