We just stopped in because my son couldn’t find what he was determined to drive at other local Chevy dealerships. Both my son and I looked at each other in amazement- okay, let’s go. Doug was extremely helpful and extraordinary to have the process go so smoothly. Lester Glenn gave us, what I thought, a great trade in, so all was a GO. We did have to a wait a bit, but I was kept informed by both the dealership manager and Doug as to estimated dates. It was a great feeling that they were as anxious for us to have the new car as much as we were. The trade in and purchase was extremely easy. Also working with Stephen in finance was exceptional. All was explained and gave me the different options. Great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend the team I had working with me. Left with a BIG smile!! More
