Well lets start with the vehicle was as described and listed.. the dealership was very clean and nice as one would expect, but some of the people working there are less than pleasant. The salesman Doug i listed.. the dealership was very clean and nice as one would expect, but some of the people working there are less than pleasant. The salesman Doug is the worst person i have ever had to deal with in any sort of sales situation. Rude, inconsiderate and acted like i was just ruining his day by trying to negotiate the price, shaking his head and getting a attitude which he had a few times prior to me flying down, but its hard to judge a person just over the phone. I soon found out he is the same in person, Had i not traveled 950 miles to buy this vehicle, i would have left immediately. But i guess thats my fault for not trying harder to negotiate over the phone before i got down there.. So if someone is interested in a car and doug answers the phone, immediately ask for a different salesman....I always though that purchasing something new to you was supposed to be enjoyable, Doug took that away for me, Thanks Doug.. I hope some how some way you get to read this and stop conducting business this way or find a new occupation. Suzanne the finance manager was a delight, very nice, very easy to deal with answered all my questions with a smile!! Thank you for salvaging a small part of my visit to this dealership... More

I had a great experience with everyone at the dealership with the exception of Steve in the finance department. I would have rated him at zero or less if I could. If it had not been for all the other good p with the exception of Steve in the finance department. I would have rated him at zero or less if I could. If it had not been for all the other good people there that I wanted to see earn their commissions for putting in the effort to earn my business I would have walked because of Steve. The words Pushy. Bully, As- Hole, Cocky come to mind and he really ruined what was one of my best experiences buying a vehicle. I would never want my wife or children to have to deal with this Jerk. He made assumptions about me and we all know when you do that you make an xxx out of you and me! Wanted to sell me a lifetime warranty on the power train that was included. Kept trying to sell me oil changes for the first year after I explained we are retired and don't drive enough to use the package he kept pushing. As well as one was included with the power train warranty during the first year. Why would I finance oil changes for 72 months to cover them for the first year of ownership? Its Idiotic! There's a saying a fool and his money are soon parted. If I couldn't afford to change the oil in my car and need to finance it I probably shouldn't own it. More

They’re better than some with warranty and packages but it was the end of the month, July 4 was coming and the car had been at the dealership for almost two months. I would have thought we would get a bett it was the end of the month, July 4 was coming and the car had been at the dealership for almost two months. I would have thought we would get a better deal or at least negotiate with the dealer. They claim to give used cars only half a tank of gas and I am not overly impressed with the work of the detailing department. Got it ready but could have cleaned it up more with an adequate level of elbow grease. Hope it gets better the longer we own the car and establish a relationship and expectations. Overall happy to have it and got the best deal out there for what the wife wanted. More
