We received excellent service from Donovan, he was very nice and helpful. He really spent the time to show us several models so we could make a decision on the one we wanted, he was very patient and inform nice and helpful. We left the dealership with the car we had in mind to come back and buy the next day, and Donovan got exactly the one we wanted. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and introduced to Mr Woodvine that took me through the process of leasing my first Mercedes Benz. He was very patient and profetional as he took me out for the test to Mr Woodvine that took me through the process of leasing my first Mercedes Benz. He was very patient and profetional as he took me out for the test drive and explained all the functions in the car. I was totally convinced by the time we got back to the dealership. The rest of the process went smoothly, so much so that I drove away in my brand new E350 that very afternoon! More
