Bought a used car on Friday and then on Saturday it woustart Hello I recently bought a used car from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeview Minnesota. I bought a 2013 Honda Ridgeline. The day after I brought it home from the Hello I recently bought a used car from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeview Minnesota. I bought a 2013 Honda Ridgeline. The day after I brought it home from the dealership I went to start it and it wouldn't start. After 3 hours later I got it started. This happened several times over the weekend I purchased it. The vehicle also really runs like crap. I left a vm the day after I bought it to the salesman. I talked to him on Monday. He said come in and they will take care of me. I told them I either wanted my money back or a different vehicle. Keep in mind I paid cash for most of the vehicle. I paid $26000 for the vehicle. I finally got back to the dealership and when I told them I wanted a different vehicle they said ok. Guess what they told me I had to trade the Honda that I just bought at a greatly reduce rate. Basically it was going to cost me a few thousand dollars and I only owned the vehicle for a few days. After the salesman said this I asked to speak with the used car manager. The manager came out and he started to act like a jerk from the start and I was wasting his time. During the sit down he told me several lies. Finally I calmly got up shaked his had and said I will call the general manager of the store to see if we could work something out between us. . I have talked to the general manager over the phone and he is seeing what he can do about it. I will update everyone on this story when I find out how the manager will handle this. I'm holding put on lots of important details because I feel I should give the dealership every chance to make things right. If they don't make things write I will let everyone know the whole story. Lied about car being inspected. Un-Professional Lied to me about car being inspected. Immediately problems with car. Had to take to get fixed. (less than a week after owning car) Place that I had Lied to me about car being inspected. Immediately problems with car. Had to take to get fixed. (less than a week after owning car) Place that I had it fixed- said there was no way car was inspected. Radiator had a hole in it. Low on oil too. I made 2 attempts to get ahold of Donny. He did not call back. I am not sure why a dealership would just completely ignore customer. Even if car was sold as is.. a little customer service would maybe help with a referral to potential clients. If anyone ever asks for my opinion of a good dealership. Nothing good will be said about this place and Donny. More

Positive Experience from start to finish! My first contact with Donny was over the phone. He was helpful and set up an appointment to see some cars the next day. The following day he showed me all three and we worked out a great deal. Joe gave me a fair value on my old car and Donny worked with me to get a great price on my new car. The financing was quick, painless and Adam got me a great rate. The entire event was great! More
