Over all are voicing my concerns, they made things right in the end, I feel things didn't have to go the way they did. When a customer has there pre-qualification and vehicle picked time needs to be taken t in the end, I feel things didn't have to go the way they did. When a customer has there pre-qualification and vehicle picked time needs to be taken to make sure nothing is missed on both parties end, most of all honesty and transparency is key to keeping consumers coming back. My family has been servicing both of our vehicles at Steve Rayman Chevrolet for the past ~5 years and we've always been pleased with the service. When it came time to replace one of our vehicles, we we Steve Rayman Chevrolet for the past ~5 years and we've always been pleased with the service. When it came time to replace one of our vehicles, we were hopeful that the quality service that we experienced from the Service department would carry over into the Sales department. Overall, my buying experience was great. I came in with a strong idea of what I wanted.
