Absolutely effortless purchase I located a very low-production car I was searching for on the Suburban Cadillac website late one Monday afternoon. All the Carfax notes revealed no issues, and the car was Certified Pre-Owned, and the price was way below KBB estimates..... so I bought it sight unseen over the phone and wired them the money. The car was delivered to my home 150+ miles away in less than 48 hours at no extra charge. Donna Mahler handled the deal and it was effortless, and the car was everything advertised and more. Plus, it was delivered with some nifty promotional items inside. Well done! More

When a salesperson display Friendship! Over 3 years ago I was introduced to Donna, as she helped a new employee close my deal on a new Cadillac CTS . Within that time when ever I seen her Over 3 years ago I was introduced to Donna, as she helped a new employee close my deal on a new Cadillac CTS . Within that time when ever I seen her on my maintenance visits , she always showed a friendship mentality. So, when it was time for me to select a new vehicle she reached out to assist me. For many months, She updated me on what was in stock and leasing offers to help me in making a better decision than I probably would have made on my own. Professionalism means a lot to me but when you get it with a genuine smile and along with a display of friendship. Wow, that means I am more then a customer, I'm a Cadillac Club member (lol)... and that someone really cares about!
