Donna Lee was my sales person and she was not only knowledgable about the product but she was helpful and persistent without being too pushy. She went out of her way to make me happy, get me the model knowledgable about the product but she was helpful and persistent without being too pushy. She went out of her way to make me happy, get me the model and color vechile I wanted by driving out of state when it wasn't available here. I really appreciated that. The sales manager Mike Darge was outstanding. He sets a great example for his employees on how to treat a customer and make them feel special. He went above and beyond to not only make the deal work but to make me feel extremely special on my birthday. After the ink was already dry on the paperwork, he purchased a beautiful birthday cake and he and his staff sung happy birthday to me. It almost brought me to tears. This group of people work so well together and really go out of there way for the customer. I've never experienced that and I've purchesed 2 new vechiles in my life time prior to my purchase with them of a 2014 chevy treverse. I will now only take my business to them. I plan to spread the word to all my friends and family because they treat you like gold. In the customer service industry your only as good as your weakest link, and the owner of Lansing Phillip Chevrolet should hold his head up high and be pride of the team he picked. More

On the day I purchased my car, Donna met me outside, even though it was a cold and somewhat rainy day. I was very impressed by this, and also the way she smiled and greeted me. She was most helpful all dur though it was a cold and somewhat rainy day. I was very impressed by this, and also the way she smiled and greeted me. She was most helpful all during the transaction. She even bought food for me when I told her that I was diabetic and needed food. Prior to that, she had given me fruit to eat. She was very courteous, kind and professional.
