Efficiency Bo Planin has been our Mercedes Sales person in Atlanta Georgia since Year 2016. He was so nice that he dropped off the 2017 GLE350 at my garage and Bo Planin has been our Mercedes Sales person in Atlanta Georgia since Year 2016. He was so nice that he dropped off the 2017 GLE350 at my garage and took our old leased 2014 E550 back; we didn’t even have to leave our house back then; we were under the weather. Bo has been constant contact with us since this year summer to get us to lease for 2020, Since our 2017 GLE350 lease was close to be end. 11/18/2019, Bo called while I was at the library, so I texted him back in the afternoon for a quote. On the evening of 11/19/2019, I had changed to different car, yet he sent me a quote on the 11/20/2019 in the morning. The quote was close to what I expected, but not quite. So, I texted him back with my number; he accepted my offer w/o wasting any time. We came to the ACC 11/20/2019 2:00 PM appointment, and we left around 4:00 PM. It could have taken much less time, but Bo was kind enough to remove a child seat that my son installed on 2017 GLE350 which was too tight, and reinstalled it to new 2020 GLA250 for us. And I also had to unlock Trans Union for Financial Services. Bo also help me to fill in some blanks on the lease Form electronically. Phillip Black was very efficient, not long after I was able to unlock Trans Union (took me almost half hour), he was ready for me to sign the papers. I will come back for 2023 Mercedes. My husband remembered that it took almost all day at one of the other dealers for us to purchase a car some years ago. Taking less than 2 hours to leave with a brand-new car, that is what I called EFFICIENT!!! More

Exellent Services It's been over 10 yrs that I'm dealing with this car dealer for my family car purchase and they just make me happy all the time. Mr. Yoon was fantastic! My parents are customers of this dealership but this was my first Mercedes purchase. Mr. Yoon is direct and honest. He goes above and beyond his job r My parents are customers of this dealership but this was my first Mercedes purchase. Mr. Yoon is direct and honest. He goes above and beyond his job requirements, even working after hours. He personally brought over the car I was interested in to my office and once I made the decision that I wanted the car, he delivered it to my house with all the paperwork in tow! How convenient was that? You can't ask for better service than that. I was almost embarrassed for such great service since I didn't buy a high end Mercedes. I highly recommend Mr. Yoon and I will more than likely buy another car from him! More

We had some ideas on what we wanted before going to RM dealership. Dong showed us all the choices that we can have and give us a few informative suggestions which made our purchase more valuable. He took us through the process, very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. All other persons I met in each step of the buying procedure are all very kind to make us very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dong to anyone I know who want to buy a Mercedes-Benz car. Now, I have my beautiful black GLE 350 4Matic for several weeks.
