He went above and beyond to make sure this was an experience, and (a flight with a crappy 12 hour drive) that I would do again in a heartbeat. From getting me detailed information with pictures and videos, carfax with service history, to making sure all the gears were in motion before I even woke up that morning. He also arranged a ride from the airport to the dealership. This is a hard working guy and his team at Suburban Toyota at Farmington Hills are a class act. I couldn't recommend them enough. A+ More
