He was great to work with; there was zero pressure. We visited the showroom 3 times over a 3 week period, looking at and test driving various models of cars and SUVs. On all our visits, including when we were ready to make an offer, he was patient and helpful. The negotiating process was pleasant and we were pleased with the final price of the CR-V.
