On the other hand I stll believe that the dealership could have offered us a little bit more on the trade in. But overall, we will come back to work with Don. I actually returned the next day to see Don for a possible purchase for my sister-in-law. Again, I can not say enough of the great customer service Don gave us as well as two other salesman that we encountered in the last two weeks with Taylor Ford. More

I gave Don Moon my specifications for a vehicle (Explorer XLT). He did not try to sell me on an available vehicle that would have forced me to compromise on option content. This is the first dealership that I felt wanted my business and made a good deal to get it. My past experience has been that the dealer gave me a price and said take it or leave it. The salesman and the sales manager did not put pressure on me to buy on the first day I was there , after I told them I wanted to shop other brands, they just said to test drive the best product ( Ford) and then compare all the others to it. Don Moon, our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable in regard to both the products and incentives, being able to quickly determine what would be the best deal for us. In a short period of time he had us test driving the vehicle of our choice, signing the paperwork and driving home in a new SUV that very evening - saving us from making another trip to the dealership.
