The staff was incredibly helpful, informative and considerate. They answered all of my questions and pointed out important information to consider. They took great care in making sure I had all the information possible, and that I made the best choice for my needs. My vehicle was ordered to all of the specifications I chose, and I am absolutely more than satisfied with the experience. I can't imagine going to any other dealership than Tasca Ford Cranston. More

Eva Bickford is absolutely spectacul Bernie Spann and Don Mailloux in sales are wonderful to work with and are sensitive to the needs of the customer. Eva Bickford is absolutely spectacular to work with in finance. Everything was completed same day and I drove out of the dealership with my new car. I have bought many new cars before and with only one other exception, the Tasca sales and finance team I have been working with is by far the easiest to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Ok, just takes too long My only issue with the whole process is the time it takes. I have bought at least 10 cars from Tasca and it still takes 2.25 hours to pickup a car. I thought that I knew everything that there was to know about the Vehicle, but after speaking with Don Mailloux for a couple of minutes I quickly found out there was much more. He was the most professional Salesman that I had met in my search ( seeing three others previously ). Between knowledge of the Vehicle & communication throughout the process both Don & Ron Traver in Finance made everything very easy. I was also impressed by the Tasca Facility...Servicing the Vehicle should be just as comfortable as making the purchase was. More

From the moment we walk Tasca Ford of Cranston, RI. Even though we had driven an 1 ½ hours to this Ford dealership, it was well worth the trip!! From the moment we walked into the showroom, the women in customer service immediately provided us with a salesman to speak with regarding the vehicle that this dealership had in stock on their lot. Don Malloux (our salesman) and Tony Parente (Sales Manager) enough cannot said about either for their professionalism, no pressure sale, and their negotiating a fair price for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They are both commended for truly making our vehicle experience an enjoyable one, and we would not hesitate to do business again with them in the future. Thank you again! Walt and Joan More
