Poor Communication I sent several emails and each one was replied with, we'll get back to you soon.. or they would forward the email to somebody else that said the same. I just gave up on this dealership because they don't respect or project any real sense of interest in taking care of the customer whom was very interested in a vehicle they had. One of the emails said they were committed to making the experience as smooth as possible. Well i never got any type of experience with them other than the run around or being ignored one.. More

We had viewed the Billingsley website prior to our visit and had requested to look 1 used vehicle and 2 new ones. Don showed us exactly what we requested to see and did not try to push additional vehicles on us. Don answered all of our questions regarding the price, warranty and features of the vehicles we looked at. We had visited other dealerships in the area and felt that many of them were too pushy and overbearing which made us feel pressured. We really appreciated that Don was easy-going which relieved some of the pressure we were experiencing with trying to make a decision about which vehicle to purchase.
