Even though it was time for the dealership to close when we returned to pick up the car - he never rushed us. He is a jewel and Lexus is fortunate to have him. David Ortiz was our "technology" person. Again it was 30 min before closing and he did not let us forget it. He said to me "we only have 26 minutes to show you a few things". I just spent over 50,000 buying a car and I have 26 min? Very unprofessional. I run my own business and have stayed late on many occasions to ensure my customers were 100% satisfied. I got the impression he didn't much care just wanted to make sure he left at 6. So not too pleased with that part of my Northside experience. More

All points of interest were reviewed by my wife and myself and without any pressure we chose the new vehicle. The finance manager reviewed our options on purchase versus special lease and we chose the lease option. It was a very good experience as were our previous ones when acquiring a vehicle from Northside. This was our 6th Lexus, all from Don Holifield. Great salesman (Joe Finley) who was not only pleasant and professional but very relaxing and non-assertive in assisting us through the education and decision-making process. That approach worked as I quickly realized, based on his approach, that this is where I wanted to do business! And it continued at a high level throughout the closing, paperwork (yes, unfortunately, that still exits and they have not eliminated it) and delivery process. And even David Trice, General Manager, stops in to make sure all was going smoothly. These folks wrote the book on how car buying should be done! More
