Donald Duck Hartman was very courteous and helpful in ordering our new GMC Yukon XL, SLT. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped up throughout the process. He thoroughly explained all the ordering our new GMC Yukon XL, SLT. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped up throughout the process. He thoroughly explained all the features/operation of our new Yukon. We ordered the vehicle, which was supposed to take 9 to 12 weeks and the vehicle came in in 3 weeks. My husband hoped to get more on the trade-in price, but overall we were very satisfied. All of the Crown Staff were very courteous. Even though we had the same package in our 2018 Yukon XL, I believe the features in the new 2021 Yukon XL are better. More
